Latasha Washington did an amazing job at finding my first home in Texas!! After being in Dallas for two years, I decided to start house hunting.The market was extremely competitive at the time, but Latasha made me feel confident and reassured that my home was out there. She was diligent in sending me the most updated MLS as well as showing homes. Don’t be surprised if a listing pops up during your appointment, she will likely encourage you to see it. Honestly, had it not been for Latasha giving me a nudge to look at one more, I would have missed out on this very home. I can go on about her excellent and effective communication skills, her quick respond times, keen eye for shortcomings, and highly professional conduct, but the one thing that stood out to me most was Latasha’s unrelenting advocacy for me and my best interest. We had a major obstacle with the builder possibly not being done in time to close. Latasha was ceaselessly on the construction manager, inspections, and the sales consultant.
